Liberation Station Bookstore

North Carolina's first Black-owned children's bookstore, founded in Raleigh in 2019 to ensure Black children see themselves reflected in literature. Liberation Station stocks children's and young adult books centering Black and brown voices, and hosts readings, author events, and community programming. Covered by WUNC, Essence, and ABC11.
